A Gem in the City

family room convenient detail onsite dining late check out

The family room include two distinct areas. One has a bunk bed and a sofa with a TV for the kids. The other room contain a queen bed with another TV and a desk for the parents. The airport bus A21 stop across the street, a convenient detail. The hotel has onsite dining, a great benefit during typhoon. Staff allow check out late, a kindness I appreciate.

The lift system is slow, causing some wait times. The doors shut quickly too.

The staff are kind and always smiling. The concierge take care of us by providing directions. They organize taxis and watch our suitcases after we check out. Service like this stands out.

The breakfast offer a good variety. Fresh juice blend carrot, ginger, pear, or apple. I found korean sweet waffle with different toppings amazing. I am sure future guests will find the breakfast amazing too, just like I did.

fantastic stay

convenient location available amenities

the location proved convenient for exploring nearby sites. the cleanliness was notable throughout all common areas. i particularly valued the available amenities including a well-equipped gym and a rooftop terrace that offered city views.

the room i was assigned seemed smaller than expected , made movement a bit challenging. storage space was limited so it was hard to keep my belongings neatly arranged. additional wardrobe solutions should be considered.

yellow stains unprepared staff

the rooftop pool was alright.

the room's cleanliness left much to be desired (i am not usually picky). yellow stains marred the towels, discovered only after showering in the dimly lit bathroom. the staff at the front desk seemed totally unprepared to handle my polite complaints and offered no apology.

The family suite on the 11th floor had a downtown view. Their buffet is so good, it is filled with variety. Abu from elevators was a gem at checkout.

The staff was efficient. The concierge assisted me with planning travel to the airport. Housekeeping ensured I had extra towels and toiletries. I appreciated the smooth check-in, even getting into my room an hour early. i also liked eating at the food hall. the location is close to the train station.

They do not exchange all foreign currencies.

The location is quite convenient. There is a food hall inside the hotel, which i found useful (especially when i didn't want to venture out). Claudia facilitated a smooth check-in. She upgraded my room, which i appreciated.

The bathroom was not very clean. I observed hair on the bathroom counter and traces from previous guests. The anti-slip strips in the bathtub were peeling and looked old. the elevators were not adequate for the hotel's needs.
